Lauren Holden has completed artist residencies in Newfoundland, Canada and Spokane, Washington in addition to presenting her research on visual poetry at the Unscripted Digital Arts Festival. She was named a “Student to Watch” by Graphic Design USA, and her work has received accolades for its social impact, typography and website design. Lauren’s writing on design was also published in The Devil’s Artisan: Journal of the Printing Arts.

Winnie is a strategic designer who has worked with several multidisciplinary teams – from being a researcher and educator, to applying strategic design approaches to social innovation. She currently works at UNICEF’s Office of Innovation, where she collaborates on digital innovation initiatives finding solutions for the world’s most marginalized children.

Brian Kall is a designer living in Toronto, Canada. He is a 2017 graduate of the York/Sheridan Program in Design and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa. He is currently a graphic designer with UNIQLO Canada, and recently worked with The Bokeh Collective and Buck Productions as a motion designer, packaging editor and assistant post-production supervisor.

Aloke Pillai is an entrepreneur and designer in Toronto. He is currently the Head of Product at Pastel, creating the next generation feedback tool for designers and agencies. In 2015, Aloke helped startup studio Expa create and launch Kit, a product recommendation community, which scaled to millions of users and over $15M in products sold. In 2018, Kit was acquired by Patreon to help creators deliver products to their fans.

Fiona Yeung is a designer based in San Francisco. Originating from Toronto and obtaining her degree at York in 2015, Yeung is now on the Material Design team at Google HQ California. She's currently working on Google's Fuchsia OS and the Director of Hexagon, a 501(c)3 non-profit supporting women and non-binary folks in UX.
